Well let me share a few of the current trends in the blogosphere, as I&#8217;m discovering them.<\/p>\n<p>David Sifry, founder and CEO of Technorati, recently posted some statistics. It turns out that people create 40,000 new blogs a day, and each day there are half a million new blog posts. Also, 15 of the top 37 most-linked-to websites on the Internet are blogs. Here are parts <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sifry.com\/alerts\/archives\/000298.html\">1<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sifry.com\/alerts\/archives\/000299.html\">2<\/a>, and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sifry.com\/alerts\/archives\/000301.html\">3<\/a> of his State of the Blogosphere March 2005.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gallup.com\/poll\/content\/?ci=15217\">Gallup Poll<\/a> in late February revealed another side of the story.
